Hello all! This post is going to be exactly what the title says. I’m going to very briefly go over what I read this summer then pick some books out of my TBR jar (I will explain this when I get there) to read for September. So firstly, the summer wrap-up (all ratings are out of 10)

Ok that was a lot of books now that I see them all written out! Now what typically happens is that I will read like crazy during the summer but then when September rolls around there are just too many other things with school and dance and work and after-school activities and everything so normally I don’t start to read again until just before Christmas. I know, it’s terrible. I don’t mean I don’t read at all, but it’s more like a book every month or 6 weeks. Which for me isn’t a lot. So I’m going to try and remedy that this year by making a TBR for every month and I hope that telling you guys about it will encourage me to actually do it.  So I have this TBR jar that I made and essentially its a bunch of titles written on pieces of paper that I then folded up and put into a jar. When I need some new books to read, I draw however many out of the jar and that’s what I read. Because other wise I would never get around to these books because new ones are always coming out. So, I’m going to try and read 4 books a month, one per week sounds pretty reasonable even with everything and right now I’m going to draw out 2 titles and then the last two I get to pick what it is. So yay! Lets do it!

  1. Lady Audley’s Secret by Mary Elizabeth Braddon
  2. Invisibility by Andrea Cremer

So those are the two fate has picked and for my choices I have A Million Suns  by Beth Revis and Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi
